Brigitta Simon

Brigitta Simon completed her master’s degrees in opera, Lied and oratorio, and instrumental and vocal pedagogy at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. She has received prizes at national and international singing competitions, and was a 2009 Operalia finalist. As a soloist, she has performed throughout Europe on stages including the Great Hall of the Philharmonie Berlin and the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein. Previous roles include the Queen of the Night (Magic Flute), Olympia (Tales of Hoffmann), Violetta Valéry (La traviata), and Adele (Die Fledermaus), and Ms. Simon has collaborated with Plácido Domingo, Ruggero Raimondi, Zubin Mehta, and Helmut Deutsch.
