Vienna's "Neu" Coffee Tradition

In the shadow of our traditional coffeehouse tradition, a new generation of micro roasters has been brewing a quiet revolution. For specialty coffee that reveals unique terroir to my tastebuds, I choose a coffee bar that uses Nikolaus Hartmann's Suessmund coffee. His Colombian coffee, which has an amazing aftertaste of cherries and grapes, is my personal favorite. Inner city coffee bars that serve Suessmund include: Midi, Hoher Markt 5, and Wipplinger Strasse 30. ~Barbara
